CHEF JORDAN SWILER

After spending 2 years at D’Amico’s the Continental premier steakhouse as Sous Chef, Jordan was happy and honored to return to his hometown and the vibrant restaurant that he spent 4 years as a line cook and Sous Chef, that’s well-established in the local food scene in Minneapolis. Chef Jordan’s awareness of his culinary interests and talents began to emerge while he was young. However, his culinary inclinations reach even further back into his childhood, when Chef Jordan then unknowingly began preparing himself for the culinary world by watching classic Food Network shows such as Emeril Live, Good Eats and Iron Chef in the basement of his parents’ home while his father and siblings watched hockey and football upstairs.
